The Guard ُSarzamin Pars Group proudly presents the Nowruz National Ceremony, featuring a special performance by renowned and patriotic singer Rana Mansour. The event will take place on March 27 at 166 Bedford Highway, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
